At Chill Monkey, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

🗓 Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

🚚 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

🔄 Exchanges

Want a different size or product?
We recommend returning the item and placing a new order once the return is accepted.

🇪🇺 EU Customers: 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 30 days for any reason.
Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags and proof of purchase.

💸 Refunds

We’ll notify you when we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
